The BREATH Link

Every moment, we are breathing.
Beyond words, we breathe to live. Beyond thought, we breathe in sync with all of life. Awake or asleep, we are breathing, together.

Respiration is physical. We receive what our body needs from the plant life around us and we give back to it what it needs to thrive. The interconnectedness of our existence is organically real.

Beyond the mind’s conceived separateness of mine and yours, are lines of pure energy vibrating through the empty, waiting space inbetween.

This energy goes by many names. It is Prana in India. Chi in China and Ki in Japan. In Greek, it is pneuma; in Hebrew, ruah. Orgone and Life force are its scientific terms. Great Spirit and Mana are used by indigenous peoples. All these words describe the same energizing power our bodies recognize simply as Breath.

We experience three breaths during a lifetime.  The first breath received at physical birth set into motion our Biorhythms, the unique Vibration that is ours alone.  The last breath we will exhale, frees the soul from the Frequency of the body’s breathing in and breathing out.  The breath you are breathing now – this very moment, is the only breath that is real.  It is the breath that includes the past and the future.  In Sanskrit, this is known as Deergha Swasam, the complete breath.

Dreaming

A Renaissance woman, Barbara Condron guides individuals, couples, and groups in envisioning and actualizing a personal philosophy of life called Mutual Arising.  Barbara describes the DREAM CONSCIOUSNESS CIRCUIT with Dream Interpretation Coach Paula Bridges on youtube.

Through her work at the College of Metaphysics, she researched 35,000+ dreams from people in 30 countries.  This rich demographic, showed her a common sense we share as human beings.  One result is her S*T*O*P* Method, a Master Living strategy that works in solitude or with crowds.  On playgrounds and in corporate hallways.

“Within each of us is the innate power of Presence,” she says, “whose only reason for existence is to refresh, to heal and to inspire.”

Dream Awareness in the night gives our day lives meaning.  Dream Awareness in the day fulfills the soul’s purpose for coming to Earth.  Are you Daydreamer?  A Nightdreamer?  Or perhaps a Twilight Dreamer?  Click the button to take the quiz.

KUAN YIN

For almost 6000 years, many minds in China and now throughout the world, have contemplated the nature of change.

The I CHING describes the patterns of change evolving from the union of a male and female.  It is a system as complex as the depth of the heavens and as simple as the breath you are breathing right now.

Science’s mapping of the 64 codons of human DNA in 2003 is a modern context for this ancient wisdom.  The following year THE GENE KEYS by Richard Rudd was published. It is “a grand synthesis of practical wisdom to help guide you to a deeper understanding of yourself and your true potential.”  These are some of the tools available to access PEACE frequencies that are available to us all.

Each hexagram is named according to its natural configuration.  The 20th hexagram in the native Chinese is called KUAN.  Its meaning is ‘contemplation’.   YIN describes the feminine principle symbolized by the earth, mother of all the living.   When contemplation is YIN, our consciousness is drawn within Self through the magnetic drawing power of life itself.

The Taraka Yoga of KUAN YIN is a contemplation of 100 verses penned centuries ago by the Chinese peoples who fell in love with the concept that we as human beings are not destined to be stuck, paralyzed, or doomed to repeat the past.  We can transform ourselves.   Taoist to Buddhist to Hindu, Eastern traditions find unity through honoring KUAN YIN.  A Four-Step Practice of PRESENCE is available to you now at www.kuanyin.org.
