I have learned every question has an answer.
And overtime, as experience encourages me to go
deeper in my understanding,

I have seen – perhaps like you – those answers change.

Again, and again.
For the better.

As long as I am willing to be that change.

Season upon season,
I realize most profoundly that
there is a constant that breathes me.
A heartbeat that sets a rhythm to my life.
A creative impulse animating every cell in my body.

In those moments the wisdom in a single question surfaces.

The one from which all other questions spring.

The oldest question of them all.

WHO AM I?

I was present as the One I call son entered this world.
I was present as the One I called husband slept and woke in this world.
I was present as the One I call father exited this world.
I was present in many of thousands of their days inbetween.
